Spookees is a brand and generative art project. As an artist with a background in animation, illustration, design, and web development, this project represents the intersection of my creative passions. Each Spookee is a unique character brought to life through a blend of traits, randomly combined to produce millions of possible outcomes. While I’ve set the creative direction and established the aesthetic of Spookees, the beauty of this project lies in its unpredictability—each character that emerges is a surprise, even to me.

For me, Spookees is an exercise in curiosity and creative discovery, meant to be lighthearted and fun rather than serious or confined. It’s an evolving art collection and brand curated not just by me but by everyone who participates. I want others to experience the same sense of enjoyment that I do when generating these characters. To keep things fresh and exciting, I’ll continue adding new traits to the collection, ensuring that the pool of possibilities keeps growing.

The core of Spookees is about creating a brand that invites customers to actively participate in its evolution. Every saved Spookee can be downloaded or brought into the real world by ordering it on apparel. My hope is that this project not only fosters a community of enthusiasts but also allows each participant to feel like a co-creator in the Spookees universe.
